The Faculty of Management Sciences (FMS) is an academic community at Busitema University dedicated to business and management education, research, innovation, and community engagement. Its three operational departments are Economics and Management; Tourism and Hospitality Management; and Graduate Studies, Research and Innovation.

During the 2023/2024 academic year, the Faculty taught and assessed more than 170 course units, expanded online and blended learning, supported field-based and experiential learning, and advanced research and community initiatives across Pallisa and beyond.

The Faculty Board, supported by its examinations, disciplinary, promotions, and quality-assurance committees, coordinates teaching, research, and community engagement.
